65 Stories

We have given great consideration to the extremely sensitive nature of this exhibit, in general and the 65 selected names featured, in particular.

We gave considerable thought to balancing the disturbing details with need for the truth about the egregious violation, assault and/or murder of these people with the calls for justice for them.

The focus of this memorial is on remembering the “lives of people who mattered.” We want to say “Their” names. Consequently, other names were intentionally omitted from their stories within this exhibit. The focus here will remain strictly on the victims, and their names only.

Viewer discretion is advised.
