International Paper, 1945

Unlike other series where art was commissioned for advertisements, International Papers licensed the use of existing prints for this ad campaign. The original works stand on their own merit and are shown in their entirety (no cropping or overlaid text), though one image is reversed. We bring them together here as a group to see how they were put to use to support the International Papers' message in their ad copy. Agency: Alley & Richards.
