About 200 protesters demonstrating against policy proposals of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger held aloft signs and chanted outside Memorial Auditorium, where the governor was being interviewed March 14 by MSNBC talk-show host Chris Matthews for a live broadcast of "Hardball College Tour.
